1. Create Dotted Email Address

Suppose your is email "myname@gmail.com". To make it as a dotted email address, just change it like this- "m.y.n.a.m.e@gmail.com".  You can mention this dotted email address everywhere. Because, dotes doesn't matter. If someone send mail, it will work fine.

2. Enable Undo Sending Message

Sometimes accidentally we will send email to the wrong person. In Gmail, there is a feature that helps you to undo accidental emails. So, to make work this feature, first you need to enable this feature in Gmail settings. Follow below steps to enable it.

1. First of all, click on the gear icon that you can see in the right corner of Gmail. Then, you can see a set of options, among them select "Settings".

2. Now you can see set of options arranged in horizontal order on top, among them select  "Labs".

3. Now find the  "Undo Send" option and enable it.

Once you have enabled it, whenever you send the email, a small notification box appears that includes "undo" option (Note: you have only few seconds to undo sending message). So, if you want to undo sending message, just click on that.

3. Add Images Directly Into An Email

Suppose, you have to send a project in which you want to add images in particular places. By "attaching file option, it is not possible to add images in particular places. Here is a trick that let you able to add images directly into an email.

1. Go to "Setting".

2. Click on "Labs" option.

3. Find "Inserting Images" option and enable it.

Once you have enabled this feature. You can able to drag images directly into an email at any place.

4. Enable "Athentication icon for verified senders" to find out senders are legit

As we all know, nowadays we are receiving a large amount of spam messages. In some case we can't even identify that, is the message is spam or not. Suppose, you have received a mail from a company like ebay. But, it is possible not verifying whether it is a spam message or not. That is why, Google introduced "Athentication icon for verified senders" feature in  Gmail. By enabling this feature, it shows "Athentication icon" if the senders is are legit.

To enable it:

1. Go to "Settings".

2. Click on "Labs" option.

3. Find “Authentication icon for verified senders.” and Enable it.

5. How to remove Spam Mails From Inbox Easily

As I mentioned in 4th Tip, nowadays we are receiving a large amount of spam messages. Deleting them every time manually is just like hell.  As the last tip, we are going to show you how to remove spam message manually. Follow below steps.

1. Go to "Settings"

2. Create new "Filter".

3. Under" Has the Words" box add this - "in:spam"

4. Now click on "Create Filter" and then click "ok".

5. In current page/window, you can see "Delete it" and “Also apply filter to 0 matching conversations" option. Tick both of them and click "Create Filter".
